5-step framework (nutrition, sleep, breathing, movement, and mental health), many resources and education on stress management techniques, and mental health awareness that can equip employees with the tools they need to manage stress effectively.

Our 8 week (one hr a week) comprehensive group coaching consists of:

Week 1

Live call explaining how stress occurs in the body and what causes it. Introduction to the 5 step framework that we are going to cover. Participants get access to the 5 pre-recorded modules to watch on their own time.

Week 2

Self studying the recorded modules.
Opportunity to start putting some simple changes in place.

Week 3

Live call diving deep into module 1: Nutrition.
If one’s diet isn’t supporting their body they’ll experience stress, mood swings, and even hormonal issues. – We will cover what to eat, and how often to eat. Finishing off with Q&A.

 Live call diving deep into module 5: Mental Aspect of Stress. How one’s thinking, beliefs and past experiences can feed into one’s stress levels. Finishing off with Q&A.

Week 8

Live call Tying all the modules together, practical plans and final questions to be asked.

All calls are 1 hour long and will be recorded and can be rewatched, if someone has
missed any sessions.

 

Every employee gets access to our 30min Stress Management Hypnotherapy recording.

The recording uses positive affirmations under hypnosis to reprogram your subconscious mind. The affirmations are using NLP language (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to achieve an even greater effect on our subconscious mind.

The recordings are WAV files, which are of higher quality than MP3 for optimal listening experience. They are mixed in a manner to stimulate the subconscious by filling the entire stereo spectrum using 3D effects and sonic maximizers. Containing hidden positive subliminal suggestions, these recordings will facilitate the reprogramming of the subconscious and help them stay more in control under stress. Daily repetitive listening to the recordings will facilitate achieving their desired change.
